Provenance
This is the second of two beautiful guitars that David Daily brought me just before the pandemic. This 2013 Cedar/Brazilian is very much in traditional style of construction. With all the classic Daily qualities that made me choose his guitars year after year, this 2013 features a wide and warm tonal palette, and sophisticated sustain perfect for clarity of counterpoint, which is a deep demand of mine in a guitar, and so rarely satisfied with modern instruments. This guitar is in perfect and pristine condition. Like my 2019 ‘Andrew York Model’ Daily, I have used the 2013 only for recordings and videos, both for YouTube and Andrew’s Den. This is another superb instrument, with rich chocolate Brazilian rosewood and clean cedar top.
